Overnight parking without a City issued overnight parking permit is prohibited on all City streets from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Saturday.
An Overnight parking permit does not exempt the vehicle owner from any other City municipal code or State vehicle code.
Temporary Overnight Parking Permit:
The cost for a temporary overnight parking permit is $6.00 per permit.
For the temporary overnight parking permit to be valid, the permit must be placed on driver’s side window.
Annual Overnight Parking Permit:
Annual overnight parking permits may be purchased when all existing legal parking spaces on your property are being used by operating vehicles, and when no additional legal parking space exists. This does not apply to garages being used to store household items instead of cars.
Vehicles not registered to the applicant's address, or vehicles with expired/invalid registration, are ineligible for annual permits.
The cost for an annual overnight parking permit is $97.00 per vehicle per year, which is non-refundable, and must be paid at the time of the application.
For the parking permit to be valid, the permit must be adhesive to the left corner of the rear window of the vehicle or the left corner of the rear bumper of the vehicle and the parking permit and rear license plate must be clearly visible.
72-HOUR PARKING ENFORCEMENT: THIS PERMIT DOES NOT EXEMPT VEHICLES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF CVC 22651(k).
A VEHICLE MAY BE TOWED WHEN IT IS PARKED AND LEFT STANDING 72 OR MORE HOURS IN VIOLATION OF A LOCAL ORDINANCE.

The cost for a transfer permit is $7.00 per permit.
For Permit Renewal, please enter the old Permit Number in PERMIT RENEWAL/TRANSFER section below.
The cost for a renewal permit is $97.00 per permit.
Note: If you have moved to a new location, please purchase a new permit. Renewal is only if the address remains the same.

3. Once your data has been verified and full payment
has been made, a permanent Decal will be mailed to you.
4. Until the above steps are taken, your parking permit application is PENDING and
WILL NOT BE FULFILLED until all the necessary requirements are met.
