PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM:
Eligibility to receive a parking permit is to be based upon the following:
Proof of Residence Accepted documents as proof of residence (must have TWO of the following)
Picture ID with address matching permit address (example: Drivers License)
Vehicle registration with matching permit address
Original rental agreement naming applicant residing at the permit address
Utility Bill (dated 30 days or less) listing tenant at the permit address (example: Gas, Electric, Water/Sewer) Cable & Telephone bill's will NOT be accepted.
Homeowner, a Tax Assessor’s notice or Deed of Trust
Current student enrollment with permit address
Pay stub with permit address
Proof of Current Vehicle Registration
Have a residence on the following streets listed in the drop down menu below
If you are a landlord, clergy, or reside on Barton Rd. (between Anderson & Hillcrest only) please contact the City of Loma Linda Monday –Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm at 909-799-2850.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read the following carefully before proceeding further to obtain an annual parking permit or guest permit.
CONDITIONS OF USE:
Permits are only valid in designated areas.
Permit must be properly displayed at all times. Failure to display the permit may result in issuance of a citation. Forgotten, lost or misplaced parking permits do not qualify as a reason to dismiss a valid parking citation.
Tampering with or duplicating of a permit sticker is strictly prohibited and will result in a citation or criminal prosecution.
Possession of a permit does not provide exemption from any other parking laws or requirements.
Any outstanding parking citations must be paid before a permit will be issued. The City reserves the right to revoke parking permits, without refund, if it is discovered that unpaid parking citations exist.
A separate application must be submitted for each permit requested. Only one Guest Permit will be issued per residence.
Please follow the steps below to obtain your Parking Permit(s):
Complete the application below.
Click CONTINUE to proceed and receive your temporary permit valid for 30 days. You will have the ability to print this temporary permit and should be displayed on your dashboard in the designated area.
Once the documents you have uploaded have been verified, your permanent parking permit will be mailed to you USPS.
Until the above steps are taken, your parking permit application is PENDING and WILL NOT BE FULFILLED until all the necessary requirements are met
I acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules and conditions stated within. I also understand and agree that any time a vehicle is parked on the street, a valid permit must be visible and properly displayed by: affixing the permit on the driver side, inside the lower front windshield or hung on a placard from the rear-view mirror (only if this is a Guest Pass); failure/forgetfulness to do so is not grounds for dismissal of a parking citation. I will also report any lost/stolen permits to the City.

Renewal of Annual permit will be available starting on September 1, 2021 valid through September 30, 2022. Please return on or after September 1 to purchase your annual permit for the upcoming year.
