Residents may obtain an annual permit that allows all-night street parking where:
-Insufficient parking space is available or obtainable upon the property designated as the applicant’s residence, and;
-Additional parking space cannot be provided or constructed anywhere on the property, and;
-No spaces previously provided for parking have been converted to other uses
1. Garages or other parking areas being used for storage may be a basis for denial of permit.
2. Permits must be properly displayed and clearly visible to be valid.
3. Permit may not cover the vehicle identification number.
4. Permit is valid through last day of the current year.
5. Permit is valid only for the vehicle for which permit is requested.
6. Permit Fee:

6a. The permit fee for a full calendar year is $140, with fee reduced by $11 for each month elapsed or $41 minimum for Oct., Nov., & Dec. 6b. TRANSFER OF PERMIT – Should you change vehicles during the year, a new sticker may be obtained at the Cashier’s office for a $5.00 fee when you bring in the current parking sticker (containing the number) and present it with your application for transfer.

BASIS FOR PERMIT:
The law allows permits to be granted only where: A) insufficient space exists on your property or apartment area, and B) additional parking space cannot be provided or constructed anywhere on the property, and no spaces previously provided for parking have been converted to other uses. e.g. Converting garage to living or storage space.

CONDITIONS OF USE:
1. Permits MUST be clearly affixed to the outside lower left side of the rear bumper or the outside lower most five-inch corner of the rear window on the driver’s side of the vehicle.

2. Permit MUST be clearly visible to Parking Enforcement officers.

3. Tampering with or duplication of the permit is strictly prohibited and will result in a citation or criminal prosecution.

4. Annual Permits do not provide exemption from any other parking laws or requirements.

5. Any outstanding parking Citations must be paid or the Permit will not be issued.

6. In the event that you receive a permit and it is later determined that you do not meet the above criteria, the permit will be revoked and your application fee will not be refunded.

7. Please note, all applications may be subject to a random on-site inspection to verify that all parking spaces are being utilized.

8. PERMIT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Once your data has been verified and full payment has been made, a Permanant Decal will be mailed to you.
4. Until the above steps are taken, your parking permit application is PENDING and WILL NOT BE FULFILLED until all the necessary requirements are met.
