SEMESTER PARKING PERMIT

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District has launched a new parking management system with Virtual Permitting, replacing physical permits. Just register the vehicles you typically drive to campus, and your license plate will act as your parking permit through license plate recognition (LPR).

SECTION A: Details
All vehicles parking on the Campus must abide by the parking rules & regulations. Virtual semester permits are available on-line. Daily permits can be purchased using the QR codes in the parking lots or at:
https://paymycite.com/GCCCDEvents/TemporaryPermit.aspx.
Parking permits are required Monday thru Saturday. Parking on district property is at your own risk and Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked anywhere on District property.
PARKING VIOLATIONS INCLUDE:
  • Not obtaining a valid GCCCD parking permit.
  • Parking beyond stall lines or in more than one stall.
  • Backing into or pulling thru a marked stall. (Head-in Parking Only)
  • Unauthorized parking in Faculty/Staff stalls.
  • Exceeding time at a parking meter.
  • Possession of a lost/stolen parking permit.
  • Unauthorized parking in a Red, Green, or Yellow zone.
  • Unauthorized parking in a Disabled parking stall.
  • Parking in unauthorized dirt areas.
  • No overnight parking

SECTION B: Instructions
1. Complete the Online Application Below.
2. Please make sure to fill in all required fields.
3. Once completed, please select "Proceed to Payment" to enter payment information.
4. After submitting your payment, you will be directed to a confirmation page with your permit number. Your virtual parking permit has been registered with your vehicle and is valid for the time specified.
5. One permit will be issued per vehicle, each student is allowed to have a maximum of two permits.
6. Refunds can be requested up to two weeks after the semester begins.
7. Chargebacks will incur additional fees if initiated.
